Traditional stats count what happened. They don't grade how it happened. Two players can finish a game with an identical stat line and be nowhere close to the same player.

Every rep is graded 1–5 on a strict hierarchy. Technique doesn't matter if the assignment was wrong — and impact is what separates good from great.
The composite lands on a 60–100 scale, translated into a letter grade — the same standard whether you're grading yourself after practice or a coach is grading a full roster after a game.
Each letter grade also carries a +/– based on where in the range the composite falls.
